Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain accurate record of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Follow-up on customer interactions.
Maintain customer databases.
Direct unresolved issues to designated resource.

Job Description -
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
Flexible attitude and ability to work under pressure there may be a requirement to work beyond normal working hours on certain occasions.
Effective problem analysis and solving skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Work experience in E-commerce is not mandatory but preferable.
